I think a sinking pellet got in the mouth of my Maxima Clam tonight. Should I be concerned?

Ok, good. Was a little worried because he closed up. Plus he is very expensive.

Mine closes too, for a couple of days at most when a grain of sand gets in.
Never been a problem for me, I have three, and YES they are expensive and really use the ALK and CA for new shell growth.
