Good looking tank.
I hope i won't have too much of a hard time programming it??
Should receve it wednesday!!!:bounce3:

Thanks!

I was worried about the difficulty as well, as I had been following this thread and another. I got home home around 6pm and was up til 12am working on it and reading the manual. By the time I headed for bed, I had setup the Timepoints, Weather Mode and had it all mounted.

When I woke up, the lights weren't on and I couldn't understand why. After playing with the setup again, I realized that I hadn't connected everything wirelessly, even though I thought I had. The controller will recognize and control modules and you can confirm that they are "online" and connected by looking at the bottom row of numbers on the controller. I didn't know that....so after putting everything on the same wireless channel, I was in business.

Just take your time and give it a shot. I'm pretty technical so I didn't think it was that difficult or cumbersome. The colors and adjustability of the lights are great!!

I think I want another module for my 36" longtank. 2 is fine, but I'm greedy. The only thing is that if I buy another module, I need to get another power supply since one power supply works on two modules. That's over $500 more. If you can afford these, I say go ahead and get them. Those Radions will never see the inside of my apartment. I can't afford them!!

tagging along. i have 2 G2-160watts and want to buy 2 mazara to move up 180g + 75g sump. how's ur sps respond for the new light so far?

I recently bought a colony and a few frags so it's too soon to tell. The colony is in need of some TLC as it was neglected by the LFS so I am trying to bring the tips back.

Thanks chgoblknazn, i will do as you said........take it slowly!!!

I downloaded the manual online and read it before they arrived. The one confusing part about the manual was trying to distinguish the difference between the button on top of the modules and the button that scrolls on the modules controllers on the side of each light. I kept confusing the two. They are called different things in the manual but I just couldn't remember what was what.

For what i know, it seem that it is possible to set each unit without the controler so the reason why the buttons on the units.

What i would like to see is like in the aqua controller forum, people put there
settings online witch could be of great help.

You still have that link?
So i can learn before getting it...

Thanks!

I will have to go back on school bench and.........learn that user manuel.
Hope you don't mind if i come back to you for some help! if needed be!!!!

Did they come on Wednesday as expected? How are they working out for you?

They're on my tank now, after a few tryings, i managed to set those 8 time points and program weather mode(clouds). i like them, still not in full power but it won't be long cause the tank was already under leds before. the final impression will be when full power is set at zenith time.

i just purchased a mazarra s for my 28g nano. i like it except for a few things. it only has 4 time set points. it makes it nearly impossible to a morning/night actinic look. 1% on the blues a kinda bright for nighttime. even with the 100 deg optics its kinda spotlighted.

i have ai blues on my other tank, i like the color much better.

i had i 150w phoenix mh on it before. the color on the mh was 10% better..

It has 8 TPs that you can set and two programs that you can set. I use all TPs and have set 2 programs but I only use one program.

Ahhh. This is so exciting.

Last Sunday morning, I had a mishap while working in the tank. The module slid off the stem of the ball-joint and went for a short swim. It was in the water for 2 seconds and I grabbed it without being electrocuted. The module spent half a day drying but one line of LEDs were not working properly.

I emailed Chris at Coralvue and advised me to send it in and they are working on it now. He's awesome and has been so patient with me. I love that he's accessible.

I have one module over the tank now and this will give my corals some time to adjust to the new lighting. I wanted to cry when it fell into the water. I had JUST placed an order on Friday for a custom acrylic cover for my rimless tank to prevent this kind of accident. UGH!!! :headwalls:
