It looks like a sebae, what does the foot look like?

I'm fairly sure it's not a sabae anemone, the foot can be seen in the second pic

it was shipped by an online vendor that we've never had problems with before. Supposedly it's a regular bubble/bulb tip anem. I think it was an honest mistake but I want to make a positive ID before I go crying shenanigans

I have a condy in the tank, a very very large one I know what the condies look like. This new anem won't settle anywhere for long... just keeps roaming

The first pic reminds me of my condy, but mine didn't have those white bands. Otherwise very similar.

On second thought, there's a picture of a Condylactis Aurantiaca in my book (Simon & Schuster's Guide)which looks just like the nem in your picture.

I am going to say BTA. Here's why.
Condys "usually" have a red foot. Your's doesn't seem to.
Condy tentacles seem to originate from one place. Your anemone has a definate oral disk and the tentacles form a pattern on that disk.
BTAs very often retain that white band on the end of the tentacle when the tentacle is not "bulbed".
Condys often have purple tips, but it is not uncommon for BTAs to have them as well.
It would be very unusual for a vendor with any kind of reputation to substitute a condy for a BTA even on accident. They don't come in in the same shipments and therefore don't usually get put in the same holding areas.

ok I'm glad it is a very reputable vendor that I have used in the past and will continue using. Here is what they responded when I questioned them on it

Looks like a condylactis gigantea to me. The one in this pic looks more like a BTA than yours does.
