May meeting

Well, I'll always take people's money LOL. May is Cinco de Mayo month and I very much enjoy an occasional tequila, so perhaps it'll be a Mexican theme. I need to check with the wife. Either that or Cajun since I really enjoyed my time in bayou country in my youth.

I would love to be able to make it to this one.
The first Club Meeting I ever went to was at Dave's house.
I'll try to see what I can work out.
The meeting is actually the day after my birthday! So can I get an extra "birthday slip" in the hat?
*wink, wink*

i think i'm coming too. its richard's b-day and i'm canceling his surprise weekend at the lake for it. soooo....he's told him that he likes sps and lps equally for anybody that is interested in getting him a birthday present. :)

Bumping it up. Got a lot going on during May, so I think we're going to have to settle for a simple food theme, but the meeting's still on at our place. Food details to follow...

Dave

Cool. I can likely make it. If you want details posted at ETRC rather than here (so that private data like addresses) can be later edited out, send it to me and I'll put it up.

Dang it, I would love to come and see your tank again. Unfortunately the 15th is my son's birthday party, and I can't miss that. Perhaps I can swing by and take a look at another time. I will be looking to stock another 75 gallon soon, it's gonna be all sps and I think you probably have a few of the ones that I am missing.

OK, food will be burgers and dogs. Hopefully it doesn't rain! We need a head count and need people to bring the following:

Vegetable tray
Fruit tray
Baked beans
Anthing else you would like with a simple burgers and dogs cookout

We'll provide soft drinks, eating utensils, dogs, burgers, and buns. Let us know your meat preference with the head count. Thanks, and next Saturday at 6:30 is the plan. Looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it.

Also, if there is no more parking in front of the house when you arrive, you can use the neighbor's drive (next one up the hill from ours, also to the right as you're going uphill) and pull off it and park in the vicinity of the boat. It is a bit flatter up there than trying to park on the "shoulder" of our driveway.
