MDL and MD !!!!!!

I have ordered many times from Marine Depot, and have NEVER had a problem. They have always been friendly and helpful, and more than willing to resolve any problems. Keep up the good work MD :D
 
Another satisfied MD customer here.

petmylionfish-You should rethink some of the things you have spoke. It appears to me MD is trying more than enough to make the situation right and then some.

This thread should be deleted by the mods so MD does not get a bad name.

A hobby is to reduce stress. petmylionfish make sure you see a cardiologist on a regular basis, your level of stress is unhealthy.
Enjoy your fish, life is to short.
 
I've never ordered from either but based on petmylionfish's juvenile antics I think it's about time to throw some cash their way.

Thanks for the kind comments. Just an update. We truly tried to work with this customer and unfortunately anything we did was not good enough. Marine Depot Live sent him the right species of fish and he was complaining that it did not look like the picture on the site. I have asked them to refund the funds back to the customer as that was the only thing we can really do for him. It will be easier for both parties that way.

I also want to let everyone know that you will not find any Marine Depot employee hiding their identities on any posts about our company. Integrity is of utmost importance to us and we do not permit any (pardon the pun) "fishy" posts.

I had the same thing happen to me! Marine depot live stuck me with a different fish than I ordered and kept blowing me off. I just said screw it because the fish they sent was cool (even though it wasn't what I ordered) I just figured I wouldn't order from them again. It just ain't worth stressin' over!! There's lots of good places to get fish from, just use somebody else next time. I'll feel for ya' though petmylionfish, good luck man.
 
like i said all ready if you talk to them THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM
I have only found 2-3 other places that have as good of service

Tyrell, if you have a look at the rest of the thread you'll see that MD responded to the situation. It looks like they're willing to stand on their heads to make their customers happy. If you're unhappy with your order you should contact them. :)
 
I ain't called them because there's nothin that can be done to fix it. I got da fish here now, what am I gonna do flush it? It's all good, I'll just order from somebody else next time. I don't wanna get hassled like the Lionfish dude got. I dig the fish, ain't no thang. peace out

Cool!! I was afraid to say anything on here because of all the heat Lionfish took, I didn't want to get banned off the site too (too much good info here!!!) The fish I got is a cool fish and I don't wanna send him back!! As far as I'm concerned it ain't no thang, if ya'll wanna send me some free fish though I 'll call ya tomorrow!! Thanks!!
 
MD is one of the best online vendors period, and championlighting can't compete with thier prices..not to mention that site is slow as molasis
