medication while running bio pellet?

I'm thinking of treating flukes with prazipro in DT. Since i'm running bio pellet and turning off skimmer is not good idea, can anyone let me know what i can do? i think flukes have spreaded in my DT. Netting fish from corals and rocks would be quite impossible without taking them apart.

If you're certain you have flukes, the tank isn't infected since flukes are monogenic (they reproduce on a single host, and don't have a phase where they drop off of the fish to incubate like crypto). That being said, I'm pretty sure that treating the flukes will do a number on your other inverts if you treat the DT.

Your best bet is to net the fish out or remove the coral.
