All,

Kevin touched on this in his Jan 16th meeting thread but I figured I would also revisit in a dedicated thread.

Club meetings provide a great opportunity to socialize and make trades, etc. If you are like me, there often isn't enough time to chat with everyone and get business done. Although trading frags, etc. at club functions is by no means discouraged, lately it seems more "business" is being done during the meeting at inopportune times.

As Kevin stated, it takes significant club resources to have guest speakers come and talk, not to mention their time. I ask everyone that has arranged trades/purchases to please show courtesy to our guest and complete transactions before or after the meeting.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday!

Jeff

This deserves a bump from page 6.

We do encourage people to keep the coral propagation going and save the reefs by exchanging corals at meetings and we don't want to get to a point where there are new rules being made to control this aspect of the meetings.
Please follow the simple rules Jeff outlined here
