i think the project day is a really great idea, there are lots of projects i want to do but i'm a little intimidated. would be great to see these things done in person.

but club cheetah does sound like a great idea too, they have free lunch as well

coral prop sounds good to me. i'd like to see how effective coral props are. i'm concerned about how the oceans are getting affected by our hobby and how we can prevent/help the hobby thrive and not rape the oceans.

These are all great ideas. I will definately be going to Macna next year, and an ora trip sounds good. As for georgia aquarium, I just made a thread about going next month. I priced out airfare, hotel, food, entrance, etc for under $300.00 It's a 1.5 day trip since I cant take anymore time off work.

I agree with jeffbrig i'd really like to see a coral propagation/fragging demonstration

i have a large acan colony that i would not mind fragging. I personally do not know how to do this so if there was someone in the club that has the expertise and the tools i'd take it to the meeting and auction off all the frags.

would be willing to do this only if person has experience and a good success rate.
