Meeting ideas?? Volunteers to host?

I have been asked to help put some of the meeting together, this year.

We want to encourage everyones ideas and suggestions and are actively seeking volunteers to host one of the upcoming meetings.

If you would like to volunteer, to host one of the meetings and allow all of us to view your set ups, please let us know.

We hope to announce the Meeting location and topic for March within the next few days.

Nina and I can host the April, May, or June meeting. Our only problem is that we would need to do it on a Sunday afternoon instead of Saturday. We both work on Saturday, so its pretty much impossible for us to host that day.

Sunday may be a good option for some who have not been able to come on a Sat.

I agree. I was really thinking along the lines of something like 2-4pm or so.

Ryan would May or June be OK with you, and we can give it a go on a Sunday.

We have acommitment for April but we need someone to propose a site or volunteer for the MARCH Meeting!!
