It might be time to revisit some of the past meeting topics there are quite a few new members and they might benefit from the info. For example DYI Ca reactor, Quarantining, pump modifications. What do people think??

I think that would be a great idea, and perhaps, this time we could document the information for future use. Take, Photos, video, etc. of the Presentation, Perhaps put it into a PowerPoint presentation and burn it on CD's

I have a great design for a grow out system for saltwater mysis. it would keep a continuous food supply for those finky fish like dragonets or even baby seahorses. i was thinking of just posting it with pics on reef central but i think it would be a fun demo.

I would love to learn more stuff. I am always to chicken to try the ideas on the DIY page. I am tempted to try and foam and rock a background for my FO tank. Which by the way is going to sit in the garage for a bit as I wait for finances to get a little better...

While I hope to see all the demos I've missed, I'd have to agree with James that the quarantine demo seems more relevant at the moment.

Defenitely interested in the mysis grow out demo and quarantining demo. Maybe you can post the mysis idea here?? i would love to get that going asap.

I don't know if I'm ready to to put it on the world wide web, but i would definitely share with the club. Next meeting i am going to do a talk on Quarantining not the most entertaining subject. But we get to talk about all those creatures that are trying to take down the reef hobby. It is my version of Homeland Security for your aquarium.

Along the lines of quarantining, can Jake (or whoever currently has them in their possession) bring the little bottles of iodine that we used to have available for sale from the club at our meetings (assuming they're still around to be purchased)?

Thanks!

-Nate
