DANG IT! I JUST CAN'T DO IT!

I just can't make it through this whole thread. I try, but this thing has split like 50 times! My eyes are bleeding and it sucks.

And you suck Meelev! Your silly, addictive, informative little podcast has gotten me obsessed with this hobby again. My wife wants to kill me now because I am spending a ton of money on my fish again.

So, in retaliation, I will be stealing one of your sump/fuge designs AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP ME! HAHAHAHAHA!

Seriously though, thanks so much for everything your doing for the community. Your tank is beautiful and inspirational.

Tell your wife that I DON'T CARE! :D Matter of fact, if her name accidently is slipped my way, I may just have to mention this discussion on a future episode.

The thread is indeed long. Somewhere near 300 pages now. Go ahead, have your revenge. Make sure it is leak-proof. ;)

My tank had its second anniversary on 8/02/06, but we forgot to throw a party. That will have to be addressed in the very near future.

No, but since it is sick, I need to find a new spot for it. Or pull it out and treat it in a different system.

Top down photos are great Marc. Do you use a window pane or something to penetrate the water's surface to take the pictures?

What an awesome display of life BTW.

Nice Marc!

BTW did you notice in the second to last pic the millie is killing off part of the green acro?

Yes, that Scripps acro was apparently nudged by one of my fish into the pink Milli, and I decided to leave it alone. Two twigs are toast, but at least neither coral will move at this point. ;)

Need more pictures? I've got some. :)

These are from the front or side of the tank. In case you are wondering, it is a Fuji S602Z digital camera.

Now that Tucker is gone, the Mean Greens are beginning to look 3-d again.

AWESOME pics!!

When you get some time do you think you could do a bunch of shots of just your zoas? I see some very impressive morphs! :)

Yeah, I can do that some time. I don't have a lot of variety like others do, but I should have around nine kinds in the reef. I have large polyped, standard, and a few micros.

Marc, love the pics. The tank is awesome and the pics have remarkable clarity. I can only hope to match your skill with both the tank and the camera some day.

Hi John, thanks for taking the time to add your thoughts. With time, anything is possible. On my site, I detail in the Photography section how I edit my images so that they look better and truer to life. For example, my camera tends to add a little too much green, which I can reduce using the Levels adjustment. Unsharp Mask helps as well.

Thanks for your concern Marc, I am built the sump into an AGA aquarium. I don't trust myself to make great seals.

My wifes name is Jodi by the way, I am sure if you call her out for her behavoir live on podcast, she will just fume even more!

LOL!
