Thank you. Feel free to stop by and see it in person sometime.I'm excited to see this bad boy done. It's looking better and better the more I see.
There's a word you don't see everyday... cause it's hard to spell. :sad2:I bet you are, that way you get to live vicariously .. lolz :deadhorse:
I think that looks really cool. It's a good idea!!
This says it all...
Nice job!
I'd say wait till it's completely finished before you decide on the tail. Unless you have OCD. LOL!
This is looking better and better!!!
Leave the tail!
I'd leave the tail too. The inhabitants of that tank better be really sweet to match that stand.
Too funny - Hopefully it's a positive discussion.Your stand is featured on Facebook from another forum.
Thank you. In person it may look a little more like kindergarten art. :spin2:art in the making right here good looking work.
Looks great. Are you doing a matching canopy or going open top?

Looking good. I say leave the tail until your OCDHD kicks in and you have to cut it. I totally know the feeling my friend! However, the tank looks really good and I think deserves to be a DT and not a QT. Or at the least a QDT in the basement so I can come steal *ahem* "borrow" some more stuff![]()
Does anyone know if there is a way to stain the stand, in the garage, in the cold? I've read it needs to be 65+ or the stain never cures.
Thanks. Be glad to help, but you might need a big budget for miscuts. LOLLooks fantastic. You should come finish mine.
Yep, heat the garage.
Looks great Mike! Glad you kept the tail on the second mermaid.
