MH fixture emergency

I just bought the 20" Current 250w Sunpod w/ the leds. The ballast fan and the led fan (separate power chords) both turn on when plugged in but neither the leds or the metal halide will turn on. Any ideas? I kind of need to get this working asap to light up my tank.

Ok, so i got the leds to light, dumb me didn't know about the ac adapters that were separate for them. Now i have leds, ballast fan, and fixture fan running but no metal halide. Its not even flickering or attempting to fire. Any suggestions? Its brand new btw
