Might sell or trade my 120 All Glass Setup

Well.. I just moved to Brooksville, and bought a house with my girlfriend, and I brought my 120g All Glass with me..
Our house is wood framed and off the ground..
I just recently noticed a crack in my wall.. actually more like a split, starting at the ceiling, and going down to almost the floor..
I'm thinking we got a little too much weight in here..
we're not staying in this house for too long, hopefuly less than a year..
Soo I'm thinking of selling my 120 or trading it for a smaller RR Tank around 60 gallons..
Nothing for sure yet.. but lets see what ya got out there.. or any offers..
I'd sell.. Tank, Stand, Canopy, T5 Lighting on custom mounted rack inside canopy, Sump, And possibly skimmer, and Sterilizer.. Who knows what else..

If trading I would want black stand and canopy only!!

The thing inside my canopy holding my lights is the material used for making screened in pool enclosures.. I had a job doing that, and I used the spare material to hold my lights.. 4 x 54w T5.. the ballasts are on top of the metal rack, on top of a piece of wood painted black to match canopy..
