Mimic Saddled Filefish and Stocking

I've searched around on these guys, and I ever owned one for a very short time 2 years ago.
I had him in a 38G new tank, and he just wouldn't eat.

Do they just never show up in the hobby?
I think they're just awesome... But, the lack of info, never seeing them, and failure a few years ago has made me hesitant.

I just re-booted my 90G tank, and have nothing in it. I want to build around the File.
Peaceful community style tank.

I wanted to do this guy, and a school or Blue/Green chromis, but I guess I've come to the conclusion that the Chromis just gladiator battle until there's only 1 left.

So, if I were to get a peaceful little Filefish, what would you all add with it?
I'm looking for somewhat different/unique.
I've done the dwarf angels, Tangs, Cardinals, the usual LFS top-sellers.

I just googled the filefish, and LA and Bluezoo say they have them (not in stock tho). LA has care info too.
Since they are a peaceful fish, I would try peaceful butterflies or small wrasses as tankmates if you find one.

I want to get a Racoon Butterfly with it, by I've heard those are harder to keep as well
