Miracles delivery location

I've been looking around for a 4x2x2 rimless. I planned go with Miracles, but wanted to do a bit if research. Where is the nearest, to Rochester, delivery depot? If I can save a couple hundred bucks by picking up, it would be more than worth it for me.

I don't know how they work it now, but when I ordered my tank in the fall of '08, shipping was about the same as me picking it up at their place and then having to pay taxes/duties and what not when crossing the border. I had them ship the tank to my father-in-law's work.

How much was shipping? Your tank is a lot larger than I am looking for but would use that as a guideline.

I don't remember exactly, but it was in the ballpark of $350

My tank also weighed ~750lbs. A tank the size you're looking for will weigh ~140lbs for 1/2" glass.

Thanks for the info. I'll just budget the $350 in my purchase, any surplus is obviously going to be a bonus.

Check to see if one of the reef shops in your area is an official Miracle's dealer. I got a cheaper price going through ABC Reefs than by ordering it myself. The price savings basically negated the shipping costs
