Missing Parts for Tunze6000

I ordered a Tunze 6000 from Salty critter and never receieved a 6212.200 protective grating and a 6200.23 sliding piece & screw with the pump. How can I go about getting those?

Those pieces do not come with a 6000, as the part numbers denote, they are for the 6200. You should have recieved a 6080.23 in place of the 6200.23, same piece just no screw and it is not threaded for one.

Well how do I go about getting the missing 6080.200 and 6080.230?

I can send the 6080.23 it should have been in the parts bag. 6080.20 is a new piece and was not included with pumps made before last month, I don't have any at this time.

Thanks Roger, I think I can live without the strainer thing, Ill PM my address for the other piece.

Yeah I didn't understand why the piece wasn't included. I really want to set up this stream on my sure grip magnet.
