If you were able to raise them would those clowns be able to mate up or would being different clowns make them unable to spawn?

I believe they are the same species. My guess is the offspring will be fertile. Especially if this is not an interspecies pairing but just color morphs of the same genus.

As far as the babies go, if my Mendelian genetics is up to par, the babies will be het for black. So most, if not all will be normal color but carry the black gene. If paired together or with the parents, the babies should produce normals and blacks.

If you plan on raising these and need any help let me know. Not that I know anything about it but could I coulp probably come up with some spare parts or help with the construction of a tank for for them.

These would definitely help diversify the gene pool for those breeding blacks. These babies, when crossed with a pure black should yield a good percentage (~50%) of blacks. I think the genetic color trait is double recessive so my ratios might be off.
