For My top off water can I mix the 2 part B-ionic Ca and Alk together in a bucket? Or do i need to dose it separately..

No, they cannot be combined in any fashion, including in top off water, before being added to the aquarium. They will precipitate if added to almost any volume of fresh water, but not to a large volume of salt water.

Just dosing one or the other is fine if the tests indicate the need. That's very normal; I do that myself from time to time. Most tanks consume a bit more alkalinity than calcium, in terms of the usual ratio provided by the 2-parts.
