Modding a Tunze skimmer

I recently purchased the Tunze Nano skimmer 9004 for my red sea max. I did the DIY mod to increase the tube length to get it be easier to adjust airflow then realized I can not use the valve that and it is hard to adjust. Does anyone know where I can get a valve to regulate airflow that will go on a standard air tube? Plastic is preferable due to the salt water obviously.

You can get them at Walmart. Or anywhere rather, it's just to adjust air. Even the ones that come in the maxijets will work.

Do you know what a name of the piece would be? I went to Home depot and couldn't find anything.
