Melev, I like your small unique tank. It reminds me of the tank exhibit at aquarium in museum.

Thanks y'all. I really wanted something unique for the entry way, and this tank has done a nice job. Often my son will invite people over and tell them about the huge tank. As they come in and see the angled tank, they ooh and aah over it until he leads them in to the 280g reef.

WZ I love all your ideas. the stand in your actual photo is exactly like the one I am making, low to the ground. I got the idea from a Todd Oldham dresser. I will post pictures when I get further along.

Why would you say that? A hard tile floor is a lot easier to keep clean, and is no more slippery than a sealed concrete floor. Water on any hard surface can be a risk, after all.

Not the best shots and the contents of the tank are very average, but I like to think my tank is modern in the ordinary, not pushing design boundaries sense!

WOW! That's sweeeeet! What are the dimensions on that guy? how do you hang it to the wall and run plumbing through?
