Nothing wrong with acros, but I think I want a tank with monties only. Let this be your opportunity to showcase your montie-only tank! Of course, I'd be thrilled with all sorts of pics of different montipora, not just fts shots, so I can get some ideas.

I do not know. I got it about a year ago from a local reefer. It is a slow grower =(, got it as a 1" frag. But it seem to start growing really fast now

Love that pic of the undata! Your Dinosaur Egg seems to have a lot of blue in it, at least more than mine. Do you have it up high or down low? Here's mine. I have it high under 250w Radiums:

Looks nice! Good polyp extension. Mine was being very shy the day I took its picture. I had moved it so I could shoot it more easily and it basically puckered up.

Mine is on the bottom of my 24" tall tank under 400w 20,00K Radiums. It is currently growing down and I find the bottom edge to be the bluest. I don't know if that's because it's the leading / growing edge or because it's the least exposed to light.

I don't know what it is about these corals that fascinate me so much. I guess the variety of shapes, colors, and textures - and sometimes the different ways in which the same kind of montipora will grow.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I know there are more out there to post, and thanks again. Oh, did I mention an FTS of a montie-dominated tank wold be great to see, as well? Last time I'll bump this up, so I hope others will take over that job!
