Here's a little time lapse with how this monti grew. I suppose it would have grew a lot quicker in pristine conditions

This little guy did awesome till I switched to LEDs then the polyps never came out anymore and it looked like it started to get RTN. It was lovely though.

64Ivy, i got a frag of setosa just because of your thread here! I broke in shipping so now i have two healthy frags. Its my female units favorite. Thanks for the pics guys. I'd post but my frags are tiny!
 
Cool! Start it down low them gradually move it up to where you want it. I've found setosas to be among the most 'sensitive' of all the commonly available montis. Do NOT place it near anything that could possibly sting it. Good luck.

OMG that setosa is so georgeous!!!! have to get me one of those.
 
Ok, after I get my German blue polyped monti, sunset monti is next on the list.

All I have now is an orange monti. cap. and a purple haze.

Also, these are extrememly beautiful montis.

I wished ryanrid lived in the U.S. so I could get a frag of that sunset!
