Montipora Plate RED strange problem...

Hellow everyone. Here is the thing.... it-s the second time I introduce montipora plate red in my aquarium and in record timing I get it all white and dies in a few days. I have no pests, other montiporas do fine (except growing) and a wrasse is the guardian for them against parasites.

Anyone got any clue regarding this issue ?
here is the tank spec:

Aqua Zonic T5 Lamp 4x24W (with JBL bulbs: 15000kx2 marine day and 2x20000k actinic blue) 6H/day (all 4 bulbs) and 12H/day (just 2 bulbs on)

Skimmer NAC3 Bubble magus
2reactors for Seachem Matrixcarbon and Seachem Phosguard
60x45x45 (120L) display with 50L sump
1xwave pump 3000l/h
etc....

Here are my water parameters:
Salinity 1025
PH 8.6
KH 9
Ca 460
Mg 1450
Temp 26 degrees Celsius
Phosphate 0.00 (tested with Hanna Digital)
NO3 = 5 (tested with Salifert)
Salt used: Red Sea Pro Salt. 10% weekly change.
Tank started 5 months ago. I only have 3 fish: 1) mandarin 2) firefish purple 3) six line wrasse.

How is it possible that all corals are fine and a care level:easy coral just bleach out and die ?

Do you have a good picture of the Montipora?

The wrasse will only take care of some of the possible parasites, and that isn't even 100% with the ones they are known to take care of. I've also never heard of Sixlines eating the most common parasite for Montipora which are nudibranchs.


Where did you get the coral from? Was it the same place as where you got the first one?

I took the red plates from 2 different sources (at 2 months distance) and had the same result

I don't think I have parasites because 1) I never saw anything on the montiporas 2) the other montiporas never shown any sign of aggresion, the polips are well extended.

Montis can be picky. When i got one the first time it died on me in a day. The second time around from the same person I got it from, it's been doing great.

the next day I introduced the red plate it had it-s color bleached a bit...and 4-5 days later it was almost white....the polips wore extended but the structure seemed to melt.

the green montipora plate is fine....
no montipora has missing parts of signs of being eaten
