Hey Roger well you know that pump you fixed for me, well i got the replacement part today hooked it up and plugged everything in. i have the 7095 muticontroller BTW.

anyway so this stupid pump will only work some of the time, it will work one time when the green light gets to that port but then other times it wont work?

whats going on? is something wrong?

how do i fix it?

when i un plug this pump from the 7095 and then wheni plug it into just a regular outlet it works. i mean it taked a minute to turn on and then i unplug it and plug it back in and it works. BUT not on the muticontroller?

whats going on? i need help!

thanks!

Nick

should also add that when i mess with the wiring it makes a LOUD noise until i unplug it.

also that black circle thing is getting hot again?

whats going on?

thanks!

Nick

I don't fully follow you. Now, it should only work when the green light is on over the socket, otherwise the pump will be off, that is normal. If you want to run it all the time you need to select another program. It would be normal to get an alarm if you connect a pump that is energized, you should never connect a pump to a controller when it is plugged in. Connect it and then plug it in. I assume that is what you mean by noise. The transformer will run warm, is it hotter than the others?

yes its hotter that others the transformer.

and i am saying that when the green light is on the pump is NOT running. its plugged into the 4th spot and when it gets to that spot (the green light) the pump will not work.

i know when the green light is NOT on the pump will not work.

but what is happening is when the green light goes on in the 4th spot the pump will not work?

what should i do?

thanks!

Nick

thanks Roger!
