is that normal when the MH light comes on my mag close up?

i have the mag about 1 week now. super healthy other than close up with the MH light is on.

It is normal for H. mangifica to ball-up like that sometime. Mine usually does it at night, but not always.
Your tank seem to be too new for this anemone IMO

Like Minh said. It's common for them to ball up, but they typically don't stay that way for long. Does yours stay like that as long as the lights are on, or just when the first come on?

the tank is new but i am running a full zeovit. everything is stable.
it stay ball up like that as long as the MH light is on, it just start doing that.

My guess is that the anemone needs to be acclimated to your lighting. Perhaps it came from a tank that was not as brightly lit as yours is. There are different ways to do this, including locating the anemone farther from the light, putting plastic fly screen between the light and the anemone, or reducing the photoperiod. I think putting a barrier, such as layers of fly screen and then slowly removing, layer by layer, over a few weeks is the best method.

i already reduce the lighting period.
this anemone almost directly from the ocean.
