Moreton Bay Bug

I wanted a lobster for my tank, but was afraid of anything that had pinchers to grab other fish with.

These lobsters are sort of cool looking & do not seem to hide much. Mine perches on the rocks during the day & seems to be very active. Supposedly they are pretty tasty as well.....

It is approx 4" long.
Not sure how big it will get..... but at least I have a lot of room in my 220gal.

Anyone else have one of these or any experience with them?

lonnie only thing i know about them is they are some of the tastiest seafood on the planet, demand a very high price too.... they dont get that big, biggest ive ever seen them for sale as seafo0d isnt much longer then 6 inches, if that. looks like and interesting creature to watch.

I never got a chance to try them, but I was actually in Australia, not far from Moreton Bay. I heard that they were quite tasty....if you ever get tired of him in your tank, he'll certainly make a good meal w/ a little garlic butter
