Mounting SPS

I am new to SPS and received couple of frags. How should I mount them. Should I just use some superglue and mount them on a reef plug. Then use epoxy to mount the plug to the rock.

superglue gel them directly in the tank if you want. Or use the gel to glue them to a plug then use the gel again to glue the plug in the tank. If you know where you want them just glue them in the tank.

So I put the glue on the base, then stick the frag on the rock. Wouldn't the water wash the glue off the base.
