Mouth Fungus on Lineatus Wrasse

Hi

I noticed that the lower lip of my Lineatus is kinda damaged. I believe its Mouth Fungus. I treated it with Dr G's Anti bacterial caviar which is supposed to cure mouth fungus.

After 3-4 weeks of treatment, the damage has kinda subsided but not fully healed yet. It is still active and eating crazily.

Just curious - would the lower lip ever heal fully or it will forever remain 'damaged'?

Depending on how long it went unchecked will be the determining factor. Putting the fish in some antibiotics may or may not help the problem. A picture would help
