Mouth Fungus Treatment?

One of my black clownfish has recently got mouth rot/ mouth fungus :sad2:, could i use methylene blue as a treatment? At the moment i am using cuprazin, which treats whitespot and fungus, however i read somewhere the mouth fungus is not actually a fungus, it's a parasite, so now i'm looking for alternative treatments, methylene blue? or some other treatrment?
