Moving how? It looks kind of like a Sea Squirt to me. Can you get a couple more shots of it, maybe from different angles?

You would be surprised. I found 2 scallop/abalone something of the sort when I broke down my 40b. Didn't even know they were there. Had grown to the size of a quarter from who knows what size, small enough for me to not notice them come in.

Either this or some kind of a sea slug or sea hare. I'd keep it, but I'd also keep an eye on it to see if it does any damage.

If it moves about the tank, it's probably a stomatella or slug or hare - if it stays in that spot and only contracts when you touch it, then some sort of bivalve makes more sense. Stomatella will roam all over and they are fast for a snail. Does it move around?
