Kind of OT, but why in the HELL would you want to leave a beautiful place like Colorado for a hole like NYC?!?! I commute from NYC to DEN now and I hate it here. EVERYTHING is at least 3X what it should cost, people are pushy and the entire place is dirty. I have even looked further out on Long Island. NOTHING compares to Colorado for the best possible mix of cost/ammenities. I wish you well, but I am sure you will end up trying to come back ASAP. I did.

I hope that NYC is more to your liking, I just can't stand the crowds and filth here. To the point I am looking to take whatever paycut it will take to get me back to where the air is breathable and people have some manners and common courtesy. I wish I had a place and tank set up so I could buy some of your livestock. It really looks beautiful. It must kill you to be getting rid of it.
