I found a house, now we wait for the big move day in July.
I have alot of work ahead of me.
On a positive note, I found out I'll be working shift - 2x12hrs days, 2x12hrs nights and 6 days off.
That's not the best part ! after the fourth cycle, I get 14 days off!!!!!
(4 on 6 off, 4 on 6 off, 4 on 6 off, 4 on 14 off)
:eek1:

OK,

now I am jeleaous!!!

Very happy for you! Without looking on Google map, what area is Otawa in? (West/ East/ middle)?

Have you had any luck finding your corner tank?

Don't they need any medical people in the Canadian Army? With those working days, I could drive up and come back :)

Hey Rainer,
Yes, great hours. The job is a bit stressful though.
I'll be working in National Defense HQ, dead center in the city! (101 Colonel by Dr, Ottawa, ON, Canada)
and living in around Hunt Club Road, a few min from the airport.
We decided on base housing as I don't plan to be in Ottawa for more than 2 years.

I'm sure I'll keep a tank up and running for the sake of National Defence :)
But it will be a small one.
