MP10 too high?

This week I lost a banghi cardinal and a cleaner shrimp to my MP10. The cardinal was in there for about 2 months, the shrimp lasted 6 days. Do you think i have it pumpin too high? I have it set on reefcrest mode in a 20 gallon regular.

What max speed do you have it set at? i have 2 mp10s running anti sync at around 70% max and nothing gets sucked in.
