MP40 Flashing Red/White

During the past three days, on two separate occasions, I have had a MP40 flash red/white and stop spinning. A power cycle fixes the problem, but it could be hours before I notice it needs to be reset.

Any ideas on what the flashing red/white code means?

Did some more searching and it looks like the flashing red/white indicates an upgrade error, which is strange as the MP40 has been running fine since the last upgrade.

Looks like I will be calling Monday.

Exact same thing here; MP40, mostly set as slave, blinking red/white, recovers after power cycle.

I did a factory reset on the pump over the weekend, so far, so good.

Alex, would it be best to call if or when the condition is actually present again?

Update - It appears that the factory reset corrected the problem, as the condition has not occurred again since the reset.
