multi controller 7095 problems

Well I seem to be having bad luck with my new tunze set up, last week I sent you the safety connector that wasn't working and now my 7095 is stuck in pulse mode. I used it with one 6055 for a few weeks and then added a second 6055 yesterday.

I'm trying to alternate flow between these two pumps so I have one plugged into ch1 and the other into the ch2 port. I set the controller to interval 1 and tried it also with interval two with the same results.

All four of the green lights stay lit over ch1 and 2 ports and both pumps continue to pulse synchronically.

I've tried everything I can think of to reset the controller but nothing seems to work.

You have tried removing both pumps from the controller for a few minutes to let it reset correct?

I tried that but for less than a minute. I will try it again and leave it off for several minutes. Thanks

Please let me know, I replaced the safety connector, it looked like it got bashed in in shipping, the fuse was pushed in at an angle. Try powering down everything for a few minutes. Keep in mind the pumps pulse even in interval mode and in Interval 2, all 4 lights will stay on.

It is rare for a multicontroller to malfunction but it could be. I would just double check everything and possibly try a new cable for the pump on channel 2, you should have 2 extra cables.
