multicontroller tunze 7095 'food timer" problem

I have one small problem with multicontroller tunze 7095,ok problem is that when I start "food timer" mode stream pump's stop what is ok but PROBLEM is that because stream pump's don't start and after 45 minutes(they should start after 8-10 minutes by instruction)

I have not seen this before and don't know what could cause it, I forwarded your email to the factory to ask Mr Michele, he is the electrician and he can probably answer and find a solution.
