My 10 new sps frags!

After nearly 7 years in the hobby on and off I'm taking my first major dive into the sps world with my 40 breeder build. Thought I would share some pics of the frag pack I got from the Pittsburgh area! They are under 250 watts of MH at 15k.

the purple pocci looks like its in ruff shape but they are tuff and and should bounce back. I find it is very hard to start sps in a brand new tank.

Yea it had just a little bleaching on the front side. Although everything had really good polyp extension today during the first light cycle in the new tank.

Yea I'm super paranoid right now. This being my first tank with a large amount of sps and the tank being so new. I'm constantly running down stairs checking the Ph meter and water temp. I did a five gallon water change last night.

I'm having a really bad red algae boom on the sand right now. Anyone have any tip on the fastest way to halt it? I started running a phosphate remover last night and active carbon.
