My 125G build

Lol! I have to give Josh a hard time. He couldn't even wait for me to get off work to help move the tank in.

I was trying to find any way to do it without you coming over to "help"! I really didn't want to see the tank dropped on the floor:lol2:

Looks great Josh. I like where you ended up putting it in the room.

Yeah, the spot I showed you guys just didn't work. Well actually, I liked it but the wife said no. So it had to be moved, lol.

BTW, can you send me the recipe for those awesome cookies on a stick? I have been craving them lately! Just email it to me, my PM's are still blocked:dance:

Still a few little things to do but she's almost ready for water:)

That is a beautiful tank !!!! Excellent job on the stand Joshua!

Jeff I could only hope!!

Yeah Ryan, the carpet was pretty bad so a few months back switched to tile. It's so much better!

LOL, I was trying to put some redirection on the tiles. I remember the carpet. The first time I came over with the 40gals of RODI water we were trying our hardest to not get any on the carpet lol.

Is that MarcoRock Key Largo? I was thinking about ordering 25lbs but wasn't sure how it actually looks compared to their website.

Josh
are you going to leave that egg crate down on the bottom of the tank?

I haven't decided if I'm going to use that or something like starboard. I want to put something under the sand though, I guess just for comfort in my head. Would hate a cracked bottom from a rock falling:eek:

Ryan, yeah that is the Marco rock. It's pretty much the same at the BRS rock and any of the other dry rock you see, I think they all get it from the same place.

if you leave the egg crate you will leave lots of area for detritus to collect and creating area in the sand that are anaerobic. The same is also true if you use starboard i had starboard in my last tank it was a bare bottom i had siliconed the starboard down and when i took the tank down it was amazing the amount of detritus under the starboard. My current tank i have rocks on the glass and i am in the process of removing the sand to go back to bare bottom if your rocks are stacked correctly you should not have a issue
