My 2000 gallon softies tank..

can you provide your feeding techniques? (type of food, how it's delivered, frequency of feedings)

also, have you been able to keep your scolymia's, etc. beyond 2 years? please let us know how long you have kept your LPS

your ATS design looks very good, now the chore to regularly harvest that large surface area :) , you may have to run UV to take the green pigments out of the water from the ATS

many thanks!

That is all.

that's funny, Mr Pharoh... :)

nope, clown trigger will be put at the 2nd main tank at left side of the first main tank, friend

feeding : 8am and 5pm : frozen brine shrimp, small blended of fauna marin products, shrimps, clams, and fish eggs to feed corals and finicky fish.
10pm : cyclopeeze, formula one and two together. artemia live cultured once every 2 day

scolymia was 6month before i put valentini and razor wrasse that hit it couple times and its dead now (really devastated since its hard to get).

tks for the ats advice, already run uv, and carbon. and i know that smelly chore got to be done eventually.. hahahahhaa...

nope, i'm not doing any target feeding since its too much hassle, but gonna create one copying of julian's thing since that equipment is hard to get in here. but surely broadcast all the supplement is more than enough compare with the hassle of target feeding, Elliot.

Holy moley that thing is insane!! Do you have to swim in the tank to do maintenance on things at the bottom?

wow. this is my kind of tank. not that i dont appreciate SPS also, but man do i get tired of seeing a tank that ONLY has sps in it with nothing that moves around other than the fish. this tank is awesome ! i love all the softies you have in there, very cool. The maintenance must be a full time job on this beast ! keep up the good work !

WOW!! So frickin cool, being in Bali does that mean you go dive for all those treasures you have in your tanks?

sometimes, easier to get is goniopora and lots of different kind of acroprora and montipora, can't find open brain, or doughtnout though, but i can find cynaria while i'm finding, get some from diving for collection is like a memorable item from that spot.. :))

Tanks look great man!
Corey

Thanks, Corey..

thanks funkehouse,
we sharing the same passion, sps only tank is quite a bit boring to see, softies have a lots of colour, can be seen without magnifying glass, they have more character when we feed them eventhough next time i'll put more sps at 2nd main tank after seeing the progress of some sps before , brownish has reverse to green, its tentacle now can be seen, my blue distipora has recover from necrosis, cause i feel a different kind challenge and beauty of growing sps tank which i think can be more easier after i solve my phosphate problem on that 2nd MT. :)

nice nice

is that a fish trap at the middle ?

thank you, allmost. yes, that's a fish trap, i want to trap puffer valentini which eating doughnut, and open brain. it doesn't want to eat brine shrimp or pellet, because i wasn't quarantine it before putting it in the main tank, haven't trained the fish, now i get the consequences.. :headwallblue:

I hear you, I have an emperor angel that's too distructive for my corals too, will use your trap Idea to see how it works.

thanks.
