My 240 gal reef tankbuild

Today I will be moving corals and some fish into their new home! Pictures coming later.

Question...Who has any experience with the Tunze wavebox 6215? Looking for some input.
Thanks

That is the first thing in the tank people ask about. I really cool to feed and watch it. I would like to get a few more for the tank. Do you have any?
yea i had two meat coral and a bleeding scoly before my tank crashed. it's sweet when the meat coral eat because they close up and then flip almost inside out. pretty cool to watch.
I'n guessing you have a Apex setup? Any tips you have for getting it setup. What to do or not to do? Settting it tonight.

i do indeed have an apex. lucky for me the guy i bought it from programmed everything and i didnt really need to change a thing except for the time to turn on and off. other than that it was set. i got so lucky.

WOW...

What was the time frame that this was built in?

I mean from the first picture with the wall up to today?

painted a whole house and then moved the whole house in 5 days then moved the tank and exhausted caught up with me and knock me on the butt for 3 days and i couldn't set the tank back up so i lost everything. here just the sps i lost. had a 25+ head duncan, 15+ head frogspwan, a scoly, meat coral, 20+ heads of krytonite candy canes, 2 25+ head acan colonies. it was bad.

Holy Sh... That sucks big-time! No matter what it's always bad to loose corals and fish but i'm sure it could have been much worst as they always say... Do you have everything back up and running? I jut finished setting up my Apex and WOW what a awesome system with so many options to work with.

I started on May 24th. My wife said do what you need to do for a quick build. I did lots of planning drawing everything up and layout before the demo. It has been a incredible build and have had lots of people over to see it!
I had a 75 gal which held most of the corals and fish. The the big transfer happen shortly afterwards. Just finished hooking up my Apex system on it. That is one powerful system!

no i sold this set up to start a 57g rimless. figure with nothing to trade and having a mortgage it'll take forever to fill it back up with coral only being able to spend $25 a week maybe. i'll let this 57g go for a year or two to get some good colony and upgrade to something like a 180g or bigger.
