Nice modifications, however I'd like to give some advice on the livestock; I'd recommend placing the mushrooms on the bottom and slightly shaded.
Second is the RBTA and the Hammer; both are small, but as they grow it will cause conflict and damage to one or both; that is if they do grow, which brings me to my next concern being the clownfish.

An RBTA is not a natural host, but 9 out of 10 times Percs and Ocellaris clowns will call this their home; Hammer corals, Euphyllia sp. are also surrogate homes to clownfish, however the rule of thumb to matching a host and a clown is that the host be a minimum of 3x's the size of the clown.
You may possibly get lucky, however if either coral begins to recede, I recommend moving either the fish or coral/anemone until better sized.

They can affect each other now; the hammer has sweeper tentacles that should be able to reach that distance and the anemones will often wander a short distance to clear corals from its growth area.

Very nice! I have a 24 gallon aquapod that has the MH lighting mounted through a sunpak about 3 inches above the tank. Evaporation is about 1/2 gallon to one galllon per day. How is your evaporation level with the biocube? Thanks!

A 150 MHwould get way to hot mouinted inside the hood thee would be no way i would even try to do that and still keep the hoof on
Ill proably just add 2 more 18 watt bulbs to the hood now
