Guess what...after email all the before and after pictures of the anemones I've saved and talking with them about what all I did for the S. Gig, here is the result!

Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologize that the Anemone is not doing well. We are showing that the end of the warranty on this anemone was on the 15th of April and there has been no documentation reported on the health of the specimen within the 14 day guarantee.
We would be happy to offer additional trouble shooting. Please provide all the water parameters as well as filtration, water flow, and lighting used on the tank. If you are able to, a picture may help with the trouble shooting as well. Again, we apologize for any inconvenioence this has caused.

Jared,
I know your excited with getting some nice anemones but I would slow done for awhile until everyone is nice and settled. I would give it a few months. You risk killing your other nice nems. Just my opinion.
it's been painful watching this gorgeous thing decline. sorry for your loss and i agree, LA rocks when it comes to customer service!
