I just did the math and I am running close to 6,875 gph in my 90 gallon which turns into about a 76 turnover rate. Is that too high?

How is your livestock? With the vortechs you can turn down the flow if your fish/coral is being blown around. I think the general rule is to have as much turnover without causing sand storms or irritating coral.

Everything seems to be fine so far. I have the MP 40 on short pulse mode at full speed and the MP 10 on the other side of the tank doing the same thing. I also have a 750 hydor koralia and a 1050. One turns on for 10 seconds then shuts off then the other turns on for 10 seconds.
