My 6 month old tank

My new tank (72 Gallon Bow front) is about 6 months old now and I thought I'd post few pictures to show what its looking like. I got it to replace my corner tank which I had for about 5 years.

Thanks. I want to get some pictures of my Leopard and my Possum Wrasse up but they are impossible to photograph.

Lighting is currently just 2 36w T5 aquablue's. For softies and mushrooms I knew that would be fine. I took a risk with the frogspawn and trumpet coral but they both seem to be very healthy after 5 months. I think having a lot of flow probably helps.

If anyone could ID the thing in the last picture that would be great. It looks to me like it could be some type of anemone but im not sure.

Really nice, very clean look. Nice specimens. BIG STYLE!

Where are you in the UK?

Are you running a sump? What's doing underneath the tank for filtration? pumps? etc?

Thanks. Im in London.
I have got a sump in this tank (best thing I ever did) and I keep macro algae and some rubble in it. The only equipment I have is a heater and return pump in the sump and two Koralia 3's in the tank. I change a couple of buckets of water a week and that along with the macro seems to keep my water chemistry great. Its quite a basic setup but some times the simple things are the best.
I've wasted so much money in the past on equipment I didnt really need so I thought i'd approach this tank from a different angle.

No skimmer??? Very nice, a great example of a skimmerless system, maintained with waterchanges. Really great work. A proper job!

Thanks for the compliments.
I feed the tank once or twice a day with frozen food. I ran my last tank skimmerless successfully for five years but phosphates caused a big hair algae bloom so I took it apart and started this one. Im hoping the sump with macro algae will help me to avoid that problem this time round .
To be honest I am tempted to get a skimmer for this system but it has got to be totally silent as noise in my lounge really annoys me. I dont want to buy a expensive one and find out it sounds like a tractor.
