My 60 Gal cube and custom stand and canopy!! Lots of DIY, and lots of pics!!

Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! I love your setup, you are the wood working king.
I am just starting my 93 cube. I would have loved to do my own stand, but I don't have the skills, time, or tools to do it, so I just bought mine.
Keep it up, and thanks for following my thread.

Excellent wood working and staining skills. Never thought to mold the trim to fit around the stand like a glove. Nice job. You made me envious that I just spent cash to replace 3 MH blubs and you only have one! Then again I do have the wonders of a 125g and three tangs.

I agree about the height of the stand being too high. Your stand is very nice but would not be fun to me at 5'8". As a reef keeper I' have my hands in my tank about every time I'm in front of it. I do have a folded stepladder adjacent to mine but I use it only to get things at the very bottom or back.

In what pic did you think you saw flatworms.

I am very confident I have no pests in this tank.

Thanks though

I circled what looks like the red flat worms I had them in my tank. If gone unchecked they can get out of hand.

I don't see them......are the flatworms next to the Clownfish eggs or on them?

Holy cow, you have some awesome freakin wood working skills! I really wish I could do that lol, and amazing tank as well :)

Thanks, I'm sure you could do it too. Just need the time and tools. It was definitely a lot of fun.

Thanks boviac, I'm jealous that I don't have a 125!

Yes the tank is high, I absolutely love it for the fact I can just stand and look into it, but yes when it comes to having to work on it, it is kinda a PITA sometimes. I also have a step stool so I can get into it.

Thanks again

Thanks for your concern BSD, but those are clown eggs. ON that page where you quoted that pic from I discuss it.

kind of an obscure question, but how do you like the autotopoff.com ATO unit? I'm considering this for my tank.

Thanks, and great tank build, by the way!

Thanks E!

I love the ATO unit I got! I manually topped of water for over 20 years on my tanks....I can't believe I waited so long to get an ATO unit.

Thanks again!

Its going good bud, I have a lot of different projects going on right now, so yeah I have been spread thin.

I am still around and I am following your build still too, things are looking great.
