my bi-color blenny thinks hes a hermit crab

yah so my bi-color blenny found an empty hermit crab shell to live in... he started doing this a couple days ago and finally got a good shot... i thought it was kinda cute...

When I purchased my bi-color thats how he was captured from the tank......they chased him into his favorite empty shell and bagged him shell and all.

thats awesome! yah that was my first experience of a blenny in a shell. hopefully he does some other crazy stuff for camera.

i have the larger 1024 x 768 size of these same photos but i am at my work computer i could link them to an off-site host later in case anyone is interested.

its funny how the percs had to be in the camera too, they arent very camera shy

omg, how does it get into the shell? must be wrapped around pretty tightly? haha

the blenny is like 3 inches in length but the shell is about 1 - 1.5 inches... tripped me out

yep! I was laughing at a bicolor the other day, just his head was sticking out of his shell, then when I went back he was in a different shell!
