My Black Ocellaris may lay again help..

Ok after switching tanks / and a few month break my pair are biting back the Anemone and cleaning the rock. She seems a little chubby too. Here's my problem. Do I put the tile back in or leave them alone so as not to spook them into stopping again?

It comes down to deciding which of two worst case scenarios you prefer. If you put the tile back in now, worst thing that can happen is you spook them and it takes a couple of weeks longer to get a spawn. If you don't place the tile back on, worst thing that happens is you need a larval snagger to remove the larvae from the tank
