My bulbs are broken

My Order number is 100418297.

I received the order on 9/3/08. This included 6 T5 bulbs. I have ordered bulbs online before and never had any problem, so I admit I didn't pull out all the bulbs immediately. I pulled one bulb and saw the tip and thought things were ok. Since then the bulbs in box have been waiting. Today I finally got around to putting things away. I pulled the UVLs out and immediately knew things were bad because I couldnt see the tips on those. Then I actually pulled all the bulbs out of their inner boxes and saw that every single bulb is broken, it's just the geisemann are so tightly packed they stayed in position even being broken, so their tips were still visible at the end of the box.


I know I was supposed to report shipping damage right away, but is there any way you can help me out?

Thanks for your post, I am sorry to hear that your bulbs arrived damaged.
I processed a new bulb order for you, your replacements should ship out later this afternoon and you should have them no later than Thursday 9/25 . For your reference your order number is #100426096. You will also receive tracking information later tonight.

I ask that you keep all your original packaging along with the damaged bulbs as UPS may come by within the next week or so to claim the damaged bulbs. If by chance they do not come by in 2 weeks please discard the damaged bulbs and packaging in an appropriate waste receptacle.
