My Clips are breaking/broken

The clip that holds my 6100's to my magnet holders are both breaking... I have to double check to make sure its only the clip and not the part on the magnet that also holds the clip..

Where I can I have these replaced? Its odd how they are both breaking at the same time... 1 is now completely broke and i had to turn off that 6100.

I would suspect they were not glued together well at the factory, it is two parts and they are glued to form the holder, I assume you mean part 6080.23? Please check and let me know.

Roger its actually broken in both places.

The clip that the swivel arms clip into... right were it slides into the magnet is broken... and the center part of the magnet holder... (the place were the swivel arms clip slides down on) is also broken.

To replace the magnet holders I would need to get them back, if you send them to me I will replace them.

Ill have to see if i still have the hanging devices that come with the 6100's i dont think my tank could go over a week just running on my return pump flow wise....

Hey Roger I was able to place 1 of the pumps on some rocks so it wont fall off so now I will be able to mail you back the magnets..

You wont the both sides of the magnet back for each pump right?

Does Tunze offer something that will lessen the sag this heavy pump put on these clips... they definently hang down and pop up when fired on which im sure is what lead to this clips breaking.

You should have gotten back one new one and one old one as nothing was wrong with them, I tested the fit. Please double check the box.

Triple checked box, unwrapped all the green plastic looking and feeling for the clip nothing there.

Yes, I found it in the repair room, it was my mistake, I had been trying to figure out what happened and basically I have to blame it on the plastic as I could find no issue with fit. I suspect the plastic was overheated. I will send it out to you.
